Although he is rich, he is not happy - അയാൾ സമ്പന്നൻ ആണ് എന്നാലും അയാൾ സന്തോഷവാൻ അല്ല.

Although he is very old, he is strong - അയാൾ വളരെ പ്രായമായതാണ് എന്നാലും അയാൾ ആരോഗ്യവാൻ ആണ് 

Although I'm very tired, i do my best

ഞാൻ വളരെ തളർച്ചയിലാണ് എന്നാലും ഞാൻ എന്റെ പരമാവധി ചെയ്യും 

Although she lives nearby, i rarely see her - അവൾ താമസിക്കുന്നത് അടുത്താണ് എന്നാലും ഞാൻ അവളെ അപൂർവമായേ കാണാറുള്ളു.

Although Tom is sick, he is swimming - Tom ന് അസുഖമാണ് എന്നാലും അവൻ നീന്തുക ആണ് 

Although i really hate grammar, it's very useful - ഗ്രാമർ ശെരിക്കും ഞാൻ വെറുക്കുന്നു എന്നാലും അത് വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്രതമാണ്.
